“We believe sustainability must merge the genuine with a solid return. The assets of the future will be built on ESG criteria or, simply, they will not be financeable.”
— ESG CAPITAL'S VALUES
THE FIRM
An independent firm, with a model of its own
ESG Capital is an independent firm specialised in creating and managing projects under integral sustainability criteria. Our competitive edge is a vertical management model that optimises CAPEX, mitigates regulatory risk and accelerates delivery timelines. We identify singular opportunities that balance return and purpose, connecting capital with high-value projects through transparent, results-oriented execution.

INTEGRAL SUSTAINABILITY
We treat it as an essential valuation principle, not a box to tick at the end of the process.
REGULATORY RIGOUR
We mitigate regulatory risk and accelerate delivery timelines without giving up on normative rigour.
TRANSPARENT EXECUTION
We connect capital with high-value assets through transparent, results-driven execution.
ESG & GOBERNANCE
WHAT IS ESG?
Three concepts, one underlying standard
The acronym ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) describes the criteria used today to measure the real soundness of an investment, beyond immediate financial return. The environmental factor covers an asset's impact on its surroundings and the resources it consumes. The social factor covers how it affects the people who build it, live in it, or depend on it. And governance covers the quality and transparency of the decisions behind it. In highly regulated sectors, these three criteria stop being a matter of reputation and become a condition for viability.

Product design for real demand and local needs.

Governance
Transparency and reporting to investors, administrators and client.

The assets of the future will be built on ESG criteria or, simply, they will not be financeable
Our vertical management model optimises CAPEX, mitigates regulatory risk and accelerates delivery timelines in every sector we operate in.

The method. Control of timelines and costs

TEAM
The Birth of ESG Capital

Elena Redondo Torregrosa
MANAGING PARTNER
In a process of reflection on my professional career, I conceived this project with the desire to integrate my background as a graduate in Environmental Sciences with the practice of law and my experience in international legal firms.
For over 20 years, I have supported the management of real estate projects and strongly regulated sectors, such as tourism, healthcare and education.
During my doctorate in Urban Management and Valuation, I consolidated a fundamental principle: projects cannot be designed in isolation from their environment. Instead, they must be fully integrated into the existing ecosystem — understanding it, respecting it and enhancing it.
From this vision, ESG Capital was born.
This value proposition is complemented by a global and multicultural outlook, shaped by years of living and working across different countries, as well as a strong network of contacts through leading industry associations such as WIRES (Women in Real Estate).
